Terms and Conditions

1. The customer accepts all responsibility for the hire of the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of collection.

2. Any breakages or damages must be paid for in full as must any tears, irremovable stains or burn marks on linen. Linen must not be packed wet as this will lead to mould and the hirer will be charged for damaged cloths.

3. Transportation charges are 7.00 minimum each way. Delivery is to ground floor unless previous arrangements have been made.

4. A deposit of 50% of the expected cost of the hire must be paid to secure a booking.

5. All hires must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Accounts will be given to approved customers only – and must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.

6. Orders cancelled more than 14 days prior to delivery, may be charged at 25% of the estimated price. Cancellations within 14 days will be charged at 50%.

7. The charges are for a 2 day hire. Longer periods can be arranged.

8. VAT will be charged at the current rate.
