Ingredients: Hard-boiled eggs, black olives, mayonnaise and small plastic spiders OR olives.
Instructions:
- Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Place a small plastic spider on top of each egg half for a spooky touch.
- OR place an olive in the middle of each egg.
- Cut more olives into six pieces each and place them as spider legs.
2. Eggs and Cheese Mice

Ingredients: Hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese, black olives and thin pretzel sticks.
Instructions:
- Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Cut small triangles out of cheddar cheese to make ears.
- Slice black olives into small circles for the eyes and nose.
- Place cheese ears and olive eyes and nose on each egg half.
- Stick a thin pretzel stick into the egg for a tail.
- Cut small triangles out of cheddar cheese for ‘mouse food’.
3. Broomsticks

Ingredients: Breadsticks, string cheese and chives OR herbs.
Instructions:
- Cut the string cheese into thin strips to resemble broom bristles (make sure the end is still attached.
- Attach the strips to one end of the breadstick.
- Tie a piece of chive or herb around the end of the breadstick to secure the cheese and create a broomstick effect.
Mains
1. Mini Pizzas

Ingredients: Mini pizza bases, pizza sauce, shredded cheese, pepperoni and other toppings OR ready-made mini pizzas, small plastic spiders OR olives.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven and prepare the mini pizza bases.
- Spread pizza sauce on each base and top with cheese and your preferred toppings.
- Bake according to the pizza base instructions.
- OR bake ready-made mini pizzas according to instructions.
- Place a small plastic spider on each pizza once they are out of the oven.
- OR place an olive in the middle of each pizza.
- Cut out more olives into six pieces each and place them as spider legs.
2. Monster Burgers

Ingredients: Burger patties, buns, lettuce, tomato, cheese, gherkins, ketchup and sticks.
Instructions:
- Cook the burger patties and toast the buns.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato and dripping cheese for the teeth.
- Place the gherkin on a stick and place into the top of the bun.
- Repeat step three once.
- Decorate the bun with ketchup to create pupils and a blood effect from the ‘mouth’.
3. Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients: Pumpkin puree, vegetable or chicken broth, cream, onion (diced), cloves garlic (minced), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Instructions:
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a pot until translucent.
- Add the pumpkin puree, broth, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Desserts
1. Toffee Candy Apples

Ingredients: Apples, pre-packed honey, toffee or chocolate and wooden sticks.
Instructions:
- Insert wooden sticks into the apples.
- In a saucepan, heat the honey, toffee or chocolate until it is hot and runny.
- Dip each apple into the sauce and let it cool on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Ghastly Marshmallow Cupcakes

Ingredients: Cupcakes (store-bought or homemade), marshmallows, food colouring, and edible markers or gel icing.
Instructions:
- Frost cupcakes as desired (we recommend black or orange).
- Draw or pipe scary faces onto marshmallows using edible markers or gel icing.
- Place the decorated marshmallows on top of the cupcakes.
3. Haunted Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: Chocolate mousse (store-bought or homemade), gummy finger and jellies, a biscuit and edible markers or icing.
Instructions:
- Prepare and chill the chocolate mousse in serving cups.
- Place the gummy finger in the mousse.
- Add gummy jellies as desired for a spooky touch.
- Decorate the biscuit with icing or edible markers to resemble a gravestone. Place it in the mousse.

Ingredients: Vodka, pumpkin puree, syrup, lemon juice, ice and cinnamon.
